Overview

Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds, but eligible items may be returned for an exchange.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process an exchange.

 


 

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received

All returned items are subject to inspection.

If the product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

Please note: Perishable goods and ingestible products are exempt from return once opened.

 


 

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

Without proof of purchase, we cannot issue an exchange.

 


 

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.

Sale, discounted, and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

 


 

How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure that all items are securely packaged.
